Laury,

Great to hear from you, again. Back in my college days, when my hair was black, I could sit on it. I cut my hair so short that it was about two inches all over --- in the longer areas. At least I got to class on time. For 40 years I kept it short.

But, with so many people in my family experiencing cancer treatments and so little I could do to help them, I decided that the least I could do would be to grow hair so someone else could enjoy it eventually.

Maybe I will let it grow again, if that is the pre-requisite for moving to France. :) Actually, I would be happy to be back in the UK.

And, Toni Tenille! Oh my, you are sharing your age... and perhaps a little of your experience! As you can tell from the picture, I could easily go for the Janis Joplin look. Now, perhaps I have shared too much about myself.

Thank you for your kind words. Now... about moving to France....

I've done the opposite Maya! When I was working like a dog I had my hair very short! As time went on I told myself, when it was long enough to wrap in a bun I'd move to France! It didn't happen exactly like that, but now my hair is longer than it's been since my college days when I got my Toni Tenille look!-Great cause and beautiful hair! You are an inspiration!-Laury
