I’m not going to reprint SinDe’s — BernieHund’s — poem “BernieHund’s Nightmare Before Christmas“. However, I am going to encourage everyone who has a political opinion to enjoy it.
And, to that end I encourage everyone to reach out to at least one person beyond his family or circle of friends this holiday season —- just one. Imagine if everyone of us who can do something to help one other person for a day or an hour — for that hour or that day, everyone would be better off and have more gratitude for the wonderful, although sometimes trying world in which we live. Actually, many will be surprised to discover that the real gratitude comes from being able to give or offer a helping hand to another.
